Our Structure?
The company operates under a Wakala/Mudaraba model, where D-INSURANCE manages the participants' funds transparently. Surpluses are redistributed according to pre-agreed terms validated by the Sharia committee. Governance is based on three pillars:
a Board of Directors for strategic oversight, a Sharia Board for religious compliance, and a General Management team ensuring effective daily operations.
